Glitched trophies

Just a heads up if anyone else comes across this. 3 of the chapter trophies failed to pop for me in my first playthrough. I simply replayed the levels and trophies popped accordingly. I read too that the trophy for all cards sometimes doesn't pop. Just reboot the game, load your save and that trophy should pop.
