I finished my first playthrough of the game and began working through the post-game grind and I just happened to be looking at the trophy list and noticed that the trophy for finishing the final chapter of the story didn't unlock! Of course, since I didn't notice this at the time and saved over my data with the clear game file, I don't have any saves super close to the final chapter. I couldn't find ANY other cases of this trophy bugging for people online, and was wondering if anyone here had something like this occur. For now, I guess I'll see if this trophy pops when I replay the story on EX Hard mode - I'll update once I do that. EDIT: I ended up downloading my backup save on the cloud which was pretty close to the final boss. I beat the game again and this time the trophy popped.
