Atom1cMoose Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 (edited) Although I know it’s pointless to ask as the game is pretty much RNG, I haven’t had as much a problem getting any other cipher as with this one. The 9th one according to the guide for this location is one on a single far away platform for that can only be reached by shooting the white orb. I vaguely seeing this during my early moments of playing, but after what feels like 50-100 cycles sunce I actually obtained the necessary upgrade I still haven’t come across this cipher. Just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything more I could be doing or trying other than waiting for the rng gods! edit: found it finally! I honestly did it to myself as one version of the second area shows the moving arrows on the map, and the one with this cipher doesn’t until you get close to it.
