Back out and see if your progress into the world you got stuck on was enough to get you through to the next world. The trophy pops letting you know you unlocked another world when you go back to main menu and visually see it for yourself NOT as they become available, so it's very possible you're fine to just move on instead of slogging a world's lvl that is making you angry.
