Popular Post OvRdOg_
Below is just a quick guide on how I was able to get all the trophies in the game. The game is pretty straight forward and can take under 20 hours. I would give it a 3/10 difficulty. The game also keeps tracks of ALL progress within the badge menu of the game, so you will always know how many more seconds / items you need. The game also offers autopop no matter which platform you earn your platinum on. Big Saver - Collect 15 evidence documents - These are documents that are scattered around all of the maps, and you can even recollect documents by playing the same missions as they spawn in different locations. This is surprisingly a gold trophy, and can easily be one of the first trophies you get in the game. Most randoms you play with will also ping the documents for you to grab. You must pick up the document yourself for it to count towards your badge progress. Sleight of Hand - Unlock 100 Containers - You need to pick 100 locks to get this trophy. Locks are randomly put on chests and containers throughout the map and you will need to complete a pick the lock minigame to unlock it. Picks can be found scattered around the map as well. You do not need to take the contents within the locked container as opening it is enough. If you play missions marked as "trials" you can also find co-op buttons that you will need one other person to press with you. Once the door opens, you can pick up a master key in one of the containers inside. This acts as an instant unlock tool and does not break. So you can quickly get to one of these rooms to get the key, and then run around the map instantly picking all the locks you come across. Mechanophiliac - Use your rig 100 times - Rigs are unlocked once you reach level 3, and you can equip one of four choices. Most people use the health rig or stun rig, but it does not matter which you use for the purpose of the trophy. You can also upgrade your rigs with in game currency to make them better, make them regenerate faster, and even be able to have one charged up at the start of your trial. If using these normally, you will have around 200 uses by the time you get the platinum, so this is another easy one. Together we are strong - perform 50 co op moves -This is a trophy that requires one other person. Co op moves can be performed by pressing buttons together, helping each other climb walls, lifting garage doors together, breaking through doors etc.. Please note that you cannot simply farm the same co op move over and over again. Each co op move will only count as 1 move per trial, and then you must start a new trial for it to count the moves again. You can however help someone up a wall, and then turn around and have them help you up for it to count as 2 separate moves. Crowd Control - Help teammates by kicking 50 enemies - A very tough one to get randomly as it is very situational. It will once again require one other person to get this trophy. The easiest way to farm this trophy is to find an enemy that is hiding in a barrel, under a desk, inside a locker etc.. Once found, let your teammate get grabbed by them so that you can kick them off. You can then follow that same enemy to his new hiding spot and continue to farm. If you kick the enemy fast enough, your teammate wont ever take damage either. You can farm this in under 15 minutes if you do not get interrupted by other enemies. Hypochondriac - Use 200 medicines -One of the lengthier badges to earn in the game, and it is recommended to start going after this one asap. Whether you are playing with someone or by yourself, it is pretty easy to not be struggling for health in this game as there are plenty of bottles scattered around. Especially if you have other tools / rigs to give you health. It is best to let yourself get hit / take damage just to use a medicine and get it out of the way as 200 will take a while. Only medicine bottles will count towards this trophy. Sawbones - Revive a teammate 50 times & Get Down - Get knocked 50 times -One that you will likely have to boost as revives rarely happen. If someone goes down, someone else will likely help them before you. The easiest way to earn this trophy is to find an enemy by themselves that you can constantly let your partner get downed by. The enemies that are just standing around / dont follow you work the best as they do not attack you unless you get close to them. The best spot in the game is the mission where you have to push the boat. On this map there are flames that shoot out of the walls that will down someone instantly. Have your partner run into these to go down, and then crawl to you to get an easy revive. This is also the best way to farm the "get down" trophy for getting knocked down 50 times. You can farm both trophies here. You can also find a mission with a big drop and you can just keep jumping off the edge to go down. Speed Freak - Use 50 adrenalines -Adrenaline is a shot that gives you unlimited stamina for a short period of time. There are only a few scattered around randomly on most trials. They tend to spawn regularly in the locked medicine cabinets as well. Simply use 50 for the trophy. Breathe In - Use 100 antidotes & Vision Quest - Spend 600 seconds in full psychosis - Antidotes are used to clear your psychosis. You have 3 psychosis bars, and you need to lose at least one of these to be able to use an antidote. The easiest way to get this one is to purposefully take damage to gas mines, door traps, or the enemy that runs around and sprays you. Go for this trophy after you have spent 600 seconds in FULL psychosis which requires losing all 3 bars. You need 600 seconds of full psychosis for the "Vision Quest" trophy. The guy running around spraying will make you go into full psychosis instantly. Once in full psychosis, it will also ping the location of an antidote if you are close by. Power Surge - Use 100 batteries - This trophy should come naturally. Feel free to use batteries even when you do not need them as there are plenty of batteries scattered on the map. There are small and large ones that both count towards the trophy. This is an easier one to get without trying for it Bullseye - Get 50 headshots & Major League Players - Hit 100 enemies with throwables - Headshots are counted both with throwable objects such as bricks and bottles, as well as the stun rig. The hit box for heashots is very big, and you can practically hit an enemy in the chest and it still count as a headshot. You can easily get this trophy before getting 100 total enemies with throwable as well. Just note that the stun rig does not count as a throwable towards major league player, but will count progress towards headshots. Bricks can also be picked up and thrown a second time to add to your total. Various maps also have throwable "guts" that count progress towards 100 as well. Another easy couple of trophies. Bamboozler - Distract 50 enemies with throwables -Throwables are only items that can be picked up in the trial and thrown such as bricks, bottles, guts etc.. Rigs will not count towards this. Simply throw an item near an enemy to distract them away from where they are standing. They will also make a "what was that" type of comment so you know it worked. Bricks can also be picked up and thrown an unlimited amount of times. If you hit an enemy, it will break the brick in half giving it only one more use. Bottles of course break on impact. Chicken in a Pot - Use 100 hiding spots -Another easy one you will likely get naturally. There are several hiding spots on each map. Lockers, desks, trunks, beds, and more. You cannot farm the same spot over and over again for this trophy. You can however replay a trial and use the spot again that way. If you are using hiding spots while you play, this trophy will easily come naturally. Trigger Happy - Disarm 100 door traps -Door traps are put on various doors throughout each trial. It is best to do this solo or with one other person letting you disarm traps to assure you are able to disarm them. If you see a door with a red light on it, that just means it is trapped. Go around to the other side of the door (there will always be another way around) and hold square to disarm the trap. Disarming a trap will also give you a free battery if you want to use it, but it is not required for this trophy. Anger issues - Break down 50 locked doors - Another one that might come by playing naturally. If you run into a door and it does not open, it is locked from the other side. Simply press square to break through the door to get progress on this trophy. If you want, you can also lock most doors that are unlocked yourself, and then go to the other side of it to break it down. This makes it easy for you to break down doors. You can also have a teammate lock the door from one side so that you can break it down to make it go even faster. Just know that it makes a lot of noise. Glutton for Therapy - Complete 25 trials - Simple enough. Complete 25 total trials to get this trophy. You can also play the same trial 25 times as it does not need to be 25 different trials. Toastmasters - Use 50 rig rechargers - Rig rechargers are another rare item that only spawn a coupe a map, and are usually locked in a tool chest. They recharge your rig instantly. It is best to use these as soon as you find one. Simply use your rig so that you can use your recharger. Do this 50 times for the trophy. Tapetum Lucidum - Spend 36,000 seconds in night vision -This will be one of the last trophies you get. 36,000 seconds is 10 hours. You must spend 10 hours in night vision. It is best to play the game nonstop in night vision mode no matter what to make this come easier. There are always plenty of batteries to use, and you can get upgrades that make your night vision last practically forever. You can also enter co op secret rooms that give you an upgrade for that trial that makes them last even LONGER. The stun rig also gets an upgrade that allows you to throw a rig at yourself to instantly get battery life so you can farm this quickly if for some reason you dont have it by the time you get the rest of the trophies. Your night vision goggles stay on even when you do not have any battery, but i did not test to see if it adds to your time if you do not have battery life. I assume it does though as they still faintly work. Hemophiliac - Lose 10,000 bloodpoints - This one will likely come by the time you are awarded the trophy for going down 50 times. Each health bar is 25 points. By the time you get the trophy for 200 medicines used and 50 downs, it is practically impossible to not pop this one along the way. Hoarder - Collect 1000 items -You need to be picking up items regularly while you play to assure you get this trophy by the time the rest are unlocked as 1,000 is a lot. You can easily get 50+ a trial if you are picking up every item you see. You do not need to use the item as picking an item up is enough. This counts any item. Batteries, bricks, bottles, medicines, picklocks, literally everything. If this is the last trophy you need, you can farm the level where you need to push the boat. At the start of the mission you will need to use throwable guts to win tickets at carnival games. This area spawns unlimited guts so you can just pick them up and throw them to spawn more until this trophy pops. Slip and Slider - Slide for 120 seconds - Once you reach level 3, you can buy sliding from the pharmacist. You do this by running and pressing circle. Another trophy that will likely come naturally, but you can also just farm it by sliding around until it pops. It only counts time while you are in a trial though. Marathoner - 3600 seconds running - No guide needed. You will do this multiple times by the time the platinum trophy pops. Just run. Thats it. Hunchback - 3600 seconds crouched - This trophy will also come naturally. You will likely spend more time crouched in this game than standing most trials. Cant Touch this - Take no damage during a trial 10 times - "Hardest" trophy in the game, and only trophy that requires some sort of coordination. By far the easiest trial to do this on is the cancel the autopsy mission and is highly recommended you do this with one other person. The only thing you have to do in this mission is find 3 specific keys, insert them, and run to the exit. Simply go into a locker and hide at the beginning and have your teammate / teammates get all the keys. Once they insert them, you can run to the exit without doing anything. This mission can take 5 minutes if you know where to go. You can even search for a random game on this specific trial and let randoms do the mission for you. I did this for my last few trials i needed. Edited March 9 by OvRdOg_
esstee11
Thank you for making this lil guide 🙂 Wow, 3/10 difficulty for an Outlast game? Is that right? Well even if that surprises me I'm still excited to get my teeth stuck into this, on my list of games to buy next week when I'm paid 👍

Theres only one trophy that you really need to try for. Im more than happy to help if you need it for the co-op stuff
cristy1974
Looks like the Hoarder trick can't be done anymore, sat down for a couple minutes spamming it and it didn't count
