Same thing just happened to me with Trusty Steed (D-Horse trophy). Not sure why it hasn’t popped yet. Did you ever figure out what happened? Edit: Just did a quick search, and it looks like the trophy will pop if you just deploy into another mission with the buddy then extract out via helicopter (instead of “Return to ACC” from the pause menu).
