A few years back, I had contacted the developers of the game and in one of their responses, they hinted at a secret special stage nowhere else in the game nor is it tied to any of the trophies. If you play 19, 65, 09, 17 from the Sound Test menu, you will open the secret Level Select screen which will allow you to play any of the game's stages, but also included is a secret Special Stage not found anywhere else.
