Defeat all bosses buggy or...

Just wondering the requirements have changed with this trophy. 

 

I have done my umbral playthrough and my Radiant playthrough. From what I can see I've beat all original fixed and optional bosses. I grabbed all their Remembrances and have all the gear ect for those relevant trophies. However I'm yet to unlock defeat all bosses. I've done both positive and negative npc quests (kukajin-prisoner-andreas ect) and killed those as they have appeared as bosses fights. 

 

I did notice that there are 2 new added bosses tied into events, can anyone confirm if they count for the trophy. I'm missing this and stigmas for my plat and after 130+ hours and maybe 5 playthrough I just wanna be done with the game

The defeat all bosses trophy was buggy for me but only in the good way of it popping before I killed the Lightreaper at one of the first 3 locations (it unlocked when I defeated Elianne).

 

—Mendacious Visage is an enemy you’ve probably fought a dozen times across playthroughs but the Forsaken Fen location (that counts as the boss) is well hidden and something you could have missed despite getting all the endings. I marked this boss off as defeated prematurely because I’d killed a bunch of them and never came across this particular boss location organically.

 

——Is it possible you killed a boss then reloaded a save file for a side quest or ending that didn’t retain the record of you beating the boss?

It was that bitch the Tortured Prisoner. Killed her during my umbral ending but it didn't track...rinsed and repeated all the steps again and give her a few will smiths and the Trophy and my plat popped. Happy is an understatement
