The trophy guide doesn't really explain this well so just wanted to share in case anyone else was baffled by this trophy's logic. 

 

Your score under Total Score on the Main Menu is your best ever score, even if you've replayed a song and done worse, but this isn't the score used for the trophy. The score for the trophy is your CURRENT total quick play scores, not your best scores. This is why it may seem like it doesn't pop at exactly 45,000 points, it's because your current total may be lower than your Home Screen total if you've replayed and done worse. With 30 songs you need to average around 1,500 points per song so if you have songs with a really good score don't bother replaying them, try playing songs where your score is below 1,300 on a higher difficulty level like Advanced until you can bring them up close to or above 1,500.
