Factory level machine 3 bug/glitch?

Hello guys,

 

In the factory level are 9 machines that need to be fixed. But by the 3rd is a sort of door/locker(?)

In my game is it locked and i need that to complete the machine puzzle.

Yesterday, i have searched on youtube and in some walkthroughs is it opened!!!

Is this a glitch/bug and how can i fix this to complete that machine?

Try pausing and resetting the puzzle.

If it's the same level as me here's what you need to do :

 

You need to fill two tanks with water and produce some smoke to open the door at the top of the structure. To do that before doing anything re-fill your water tank on the right. When you're done,move to the bottom near the lava thing,choose your goo and throw it in the lava,while it's taking form head to the ladder on the right of the structure,climb it,when you're at the top aim for the conduit and shoot some water in it to fill both tanks (left and right) when it's done you should notice the platform on the right (on the right of the ladder,bottom of the structure) is glowing (white glowing iirc), head back at the bottom of the structure wait for the lava goo to come near the center of the structure and shoot some water inside the structure to kill him (sort of) you should be able to shoot him through the wall and produce some smoke necessary to open the top door.
