Why Far Cry 4 Isn’t Just “Far Cry 3.5″

Executive Producer David Hay recalls one of the team’s earlier meetings when they were discussing Far Cry 4′s birth.

 

We definitely had the option of making a 3.5, of making a choice to just stay in the same location with the same characters…e talked about the idea of taking Jason’s story and growing it, maybe figuring out a way to bring Vaas back

So far from the trailers I've seen and all, it looks pretty awesome!  November 18th can't come soon enough!  I do think 3 really set the bar for this series so story-wise and all, they have their work cut out for them. But again, everything I've seen so far makes me confident that 4 will be as or almost as epic as 3!
