I'd try it again, and if that doesn't work possibly delete your profile data, and retry. This seems to be a possibly fix for the other bugs so it could work. I'll throw this out there for people with the fighting chance pack while we're on the topic of bugged trophies... (well I had to) for Full House, get 5 kills with ALL the bolts, including the poison and inferno. In case in one with it was wondering.
