For some reason, I've had it update a couple times in a day. so of course it dutifully tweets several times. Apparently I annoyed someone who felt the need to be the twitter police about my lame tweets. So I got to thinking, I rather not turn it off, but if it could have a setting to say 'tweet highlights weekly' or something vs 'every time my profile updates'.
