damon8r351 Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 (edited) You only have to have them all saved at least once. You can lose them and fight to get them back as many times as you need to before you get them all saved. Also, you don't need to keep all the towns perpetually saved once you have them all saved. Once you get the trophy for saving all the towns at the same time, you've met that part of the 100% requirement and you can leave them to rot or whatever afterwards.
