To get oricals you need at least 50% shares on one nation to get the plans and specific items plus 1024 mb highly advice do this once per playthrough and 75% to unlock each of them

as for cave and falcom theres this events cave can be got in beginning of chapter 3 while falcom a bit later on check on these nations once every scene to find

and marvy lowee shares must be at least 30% to unlock
