Gold Rank Challenge 6-5 - Help ?

I'm really struggling with this challenge and would like to know what combination of characters, clubs and balls folks used to get passed this. 

 

Best I've got is 8th with Erika and Infinity club and ball both at level 3.

 

I've all characters, clubs and balls unlocked so willing to try anything :-)

Edit: Finally managed it :-) Used Kat, Sand Viper L3 and Pin Hole Level 3 and won it by 5 shots but alas missed the birdie on the last hole! Next time.
