Tomoko Kuroki Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 Every once in few months my google call doesnt work and it tells me to install the plugin which I already have installed. And everytime I forgot how I fixed it which tends to take me forever. I read around and haven't found anything that works so far, I assume system restore works but I kind of want to know the real solution to this. It works well for me, I use it in combination with the downloadable Hangouts app for PC. Google talk @ gmail.com will do that sometimes. Just as sometimes it won't let you connect for a call. Restart the browser, if still, restart the PC, if still, uninstall plugin and re-install. Still, if the plugin error is coming up, download the Hangouts app. It uses your google voice account, and works the same, but outside of the web browser.
