Yukizm69
So basically I bought myself a second hand PS4. I've formatted it because I couldn't get rid of the previous owner's accounts and everything worked. After it was done I had to go through a set-up. Basically it asks me to connect the controller via a usb cable and press the PS button but the controller won't pair. It just flashes white and nothing happens. I don't know why it's doing this as I was using it before the format. I've left the controller charging because I thought it's battery was dead for one hour and still nothing happens. Any suggestions please? I really want to go back to playing it. Edit: I tried resetting it from the back and tried connecting it via safe mode. No luck. :/ Edited April 21, 2015 by Yukizm69
