grinding coins

As I seen in gamefaqs does anybody knows how to farm coins cause it turns out that you have to use coins  needed to carry over like weapons and armor etc.towards ng# so does anybody knows the way to farm those dangblasted coins (if quest has them put them here please)

You can't "grind" them.  There are only a limited number of them available throughout the game.  You get them from quests, in chests, and stealing from/overkilling certain bosses.  You're basically just going to have to keep an eye out for them.

What happens if u don't use those coins like u don't have enough what happens like to weapons and armor you collect do they dissappear and do you gave to collect them again

If you don't use your coins they will carry over into your next playthrough.

So if you collect 250 coins the first time around, and don't spend any, and collect 250 more the second time around, you'll have 500 coins to spend when you start your third cycle.

 

Weapons and Armor don't carry over unless you spend coins to inherit them.  If not you'll have to collect them again the next time around.
