Youtube speed up/down lag

Hey, so if i watch youtube videos on normal speed everything seems to be fine, but when i want to make the video speed up (or down) then it starts to lag and the sound becomes very unclear until it just stops.

Any idea on what I could do to fix the problem?

PS: I was looking up online and found that in playback devices, changing speaker properties from 192000hz into 96000hz (no idea what that means) could fix the problem, so I tried it and lag was smaller (less?) but still it was hard to listen to any music.
