Rank data import to txt data

Hey , i dont know if this is best place for this topic but i have a question.

 

First at all what i want to do:

i want to import the World Rank , country rank and Platinum count into a txt data .  i want program to one click refresh the txt data with new content from my profile.

so i can use this to build it into my live stream.

 

First: is this kind of data reading allowed . or is sly not allowing it?

Second: is this easy to make or do i need huge IT knowledge.

 

 

im not really familiar with Website data or something like that ^^ it was just cool idea to have nice counter on my stream , so maybe you can help me here with infos.
