The_Skipper_7 Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 I wouldn't worry I ran one over and they keep respawning even after you finish the story and have all the map revealed - if they have nothing to tell you they just make a remark about something you have already done but it still counts for tasks. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

snacklepuss Posted August 18, 2017 Share Posted August 18, 2017 You cannot kill a Encounter Character that has needed information/intel about the wasteland for you. The important ones with intel etc are protected with a cutscene or FMV scenario to stop you interacting with weapons etc You can kill him after though lol. The ones you can kill before talking are of no real use and they re-spawn when you complete the main campaign or a main story mission. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
