Inquiry about purchasable Gwen Cards

Hello all, I've been watching some videos to get purchasable Gwen Cards from merchants yet no merchant sells any card to me.
I skipped Gwen tutorial at the first, might that be reason? Has anybody experienced this before?
I double checked it on many witcher articles so videos can't be wrong.
I'm really freaked since that's a huge game to play 2nd time.

Not all merchants sell Gwent cards in the game. Many are sold by Innkeep (not each and every innkeep). I would recommend using this checklist to track the buyable cards.

I'm well aware of that. My point is these ones on the list don't sell me cards
