Salfordladd Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 (edited) Yeah, sadly it doesn't seem there's any way to trigger it - it's all RNG. I fired up the game for the first time yesterday, and I think it happened on my first or second run, but now that I think about it, I don't think it happened again in the seven or eight runs I did after that. I guess just keep playing until you get lucky. I can confirm, though, that it can happen early in a run, as you said. I think mine spawned in the first five dungeons as well.
