Looking at my Mission Select Screen I'm only missing 2 Exploration "Points" and one Zone in the Datebase ( ) But I am very sure I've collected all Logs following Makas 100% Guide. So ... I am coming to the point where I am asking me if its because I ve missed the above mentioned things OR if it is just broken / glitched like IDFKA? Thanks for reply AND any help is highly appreciated. kmosesltd Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 If you go to the codex screen you should able to see what data logs you have and which you don't, I got the trophy but I didn't complete all the challenges or found all the secret spots before it popped. I suggest watch videos from guys like PowerPyx, he/she makes great videos for games on where to find collectibles and secrets etc... The codex screen also tells you where to find the data log that you may be missing when you hover over the tab for that monster/environment/personnel etc... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
