Unfortunately it doesn't work sometimes. Mostly it doesn't come up as a new tweet with the (1) thing to click on and it shows the new tweets. What I then usually do is click on homepage and if that doesn't work I go to my own tweets. Usually it's tweeted then. But sometimes not. Why not?
