so if there was a section for people to find contributors to help them with their guide that would be cool for example i would be working on pes 2016 so i post that i need help with the guide in that section and hope to find someone who could help.

 to be exact its the guide collaboration thread maybe someone from the guide team should be the owner of the thread

All those threads used to be separate, but nowadays people post guides and ask for contributors in all of those. The last one (about Project Guide Creation) is the most active one, as it rewards people with writing guides and encourages members to participate in forum conversations.
