Walt the Dog Posted October 22, 2016 Share Posted October 22, 2016 You have to lose to Time Eater as this is what resets the timers. You weaken him through clearing quests. Not sure if the buffs for disappeared quests are nulled completely by the cleared quests, but it's in your best interest to do as much as you can as the debuffs can be significant once you do enough missions.
