So basically i was to impatient to order psn cards so i added this payment of £70 via my mobile bill. I tried tonight to add just another £10. On store on ps4 i replied to the message to accept payment but failed?? Went on to ps3 on store tried again it literally came up with a blank white screen filled with ?????//// and a bunch of random letters :/ couldn't even get the message through ps3 :/

Could be your credit card refusing the transaction as a fraud.

According to this: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/store---transactions/payments---refunds/how-to-use-your-playstation-4-to-top-up-your-wallet-with-your-mo/ there is a limit on how much you can top up your PSN wallet each day from your mobile phone.

I didn't use a credit card tho, used mobile payment option on ps store :/

Also i haven't bought anything today

If you're on a mobile phone contract, then you will have a credit limit and it sounds to me like you have hit that limit.  Probably best speaking to your mobile phone provider as they will probably be able to answer that question.

That's what i initially thought, even though my mobile is still online but yeah i'll have to find out for sure.
