He's literally the last person i need to scan for the trophy "Encyclopedia of the Common Man" and he isnt anywhere. I've run from one end of the homestead to the other and cannot find him. He's sometimes at the inn, and if that doesnt work, fast travelling to an underground station and coming back out again sometimes fixes glitches Out of interest, which of his activities so far have you scanned? He will most likely be doing wood work so make sure it's day time, and he will be sure to appear in the map to the corner of your screen as La. ( I think La, not sure.)
