proxyagent Posted August 15, 2017 Share Posted August 15, 2017 Nope you don't have to reach a required level. Just make sure your friends with the person before starting the co op match. Once the match is over you will be asked if you would like to add that player to your crew list, click 'yes' and you will be given a crew coin.
