PS Store Downloads Error

In these past few weeks I have purchased, The evil within 2, Nior and gravity rush 2 from the playstation store, they have been working fine but now they have a little lock at the bottom right hand side and when I go onto the Store It's like I haven't even bought it, any ideas as to why this may be happening?

 

Edit: I have tried to restore the licenses but still nothing.

I'd call Sony Support. Restoring Licenses should've worked.

Are you possibly using a PS4 that your account is not registered as a primary account somehow or something similarly related?
