Im having the same problem here: Trophy Glitch - Head shot 30 human enemies - help? As I understand it, the game counts as head shot every shot that hits an enemy`s head even if that doesnt kill him. There are some enemies with skull armor who doesnt die on the first headshot but the game keeps the count. My trophy popped around the 39 count.
