Yeah i got hit some times and both my HP and sanity have droped a bit while in the hospital, i suspect that the reason i didn't unlocked the trophy was because i healed my sanity before it reached some bad level idk (because the trophy icon is a brain) i'll continue playing and test Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
