Limited Release within 'EU'

Recently saw this game in a video online and I was interested to find out more of this game and its availability. I couldn't find in the Playstation Store of my country, allthough it should be available in EU region. After a little research I found out that there is a small amount of countries where you can actually buy this game digitally. At this blogpost it only says where it isn't available.

It's at least available in the UK Store (£17.99) and besides that North America has an own version with a separate Trophylist ($19.99). The game has never been discounted, expect for a Playstation Plus discount around the release in North America.
