glitch - green's crystal

Hello
Unfortunately I cannot continue story with swamp area where is needed pick up color's crystal to release boats. I did blue, pink and green at last one as is in patch. For green one I left cave and I left game for 20 min. When I started game the green crystal was not available. I comeback to cave to start fight again to get crystal and opponents aren't releasing. Also i restarted game, or download again from psn, but crystal didn't  appear.

 

Someone have any idea?

Hi,

I know it is a late response but for anyone who is about to start this game or have a similar problem I recommend to make a backup save on the psn cloud or usb at the beginning of every level since this game is a glitchfest and once it glitches only solution is to erase save file.
