Assistance on getting the Oracles

If anyone see's this which I am guessing will be very unlikely, but if someone does I was wondering if I could get help getting the Oracles on my team? 

 

 

I have read most of the info I could find on getting them (including on the guide on this site) but the troubling part for me is finding some of the plans. 

 

I have already gotten the items needed to complete Chika's (but waiting until my final run or whenever I do this.) the ones I'm having the most trouble with I am assuming will be getting Kei, Mina (which I got the mission for already but haven't done it yet) and Histoire since all of them require you to have the Graveyard Depths with Add enemies plan (and the LAN castle Undergrounds which has also been giving me a headache), which is the part I am having the most problem with find that plan.

 

 

I have searched many sites gone through most of the dungeons (that I have) searching for it an no such luck.

 

 

Any help would be very much appreciated, and sorry if either my grammar and or writing is confusing (very bad learning disability and get off track real fast.)

Add Enemies for the graveyard is just an npc event I think (one of the dialogues you find around) after you unlock the graveyard.

I think lan castle was the same.

Most of what you're looking for should be in one of these, and make sure to look at all of the dialogue events.
