Anyway, it could help someone else. Actually the best way is to not lose morale in the first place, it's easier to keep it from decreasing than trying to increase it... For this you need enough beds, a good stock of food, variety of food, enough tables to eat, TVs and plants, sports dome, bars... So, comfort for your colonists.
