BSAA_Advisor
Well Treyarch made a game in which, most of the campaign is set in the future but in order to understand the events of some future missions you have to travel back. Hence you get 80s weapons for campaign, seeing as multiplayer is focused on the future aspect of the game. That help ?

But it's just a game, Everyone will like it if they add more weapons to the MP... Go play another game which has 80s weapons. That's gonna be difficult, there're only a few games set during the Cold War or Afghanistan War.
Lion_Heart103
Well when you played the story mode, you use those guns when your in the 80s and when your in 2025, you use the future weapons.
-Dark Mark-
Yeah, I understand what you're saying, it's a video game so why not just break the time rule and add all the guns. But they are just sticking to the time frame.
