No respect trophy

I see him sitting in the chair and i begin to smash the glass over his head but nothing? Do I wait till he rushes me with the pig head on before I try this ...??

So you finally made it. Do you have a tip how to do it or is it just luck based? I tried now multiple times but the glass never breaks on his head no matter how hard and from which direction I try to smash it. Sooner or later it will just fall to the ground and break there which means to start the level again. 

If there is any strategy to that, please tell it here. Any tip will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wait let me think? I remember this part was very glitchy the glass would not break? So, I just kept at it

In case any one is still interested: The game was patched and I got the trophy now on the first try. Could not smash the glass on the head but I let it fall on the head and it burst like it should. Finally 100%.
