Lemoyne is at Shady Bell & Laramie at Hanging Dog Ranch -- I keep clearing them out but can't get 100% in these two gangs and from doing google/Reddit research... A TON of people are stuck here as well. For those of you who have platinum the game or 100%'ed these gangs.... Can I PLEAAASE get some help?? Thank you!!
