Kollector's Shop in the Krypt

Just curious if he only sells that's not already in your kollection, like skins and items to augment, such as masks, weapons, etc. Once you exit out of the Krypt and return, his inventory is different, so there's really no way of checking unless you make a list. I don't want to be wasting key items to trade for repeats.
