Trophies with random entrees

Should I wait and hold on buying too many different dishes until I get these "random entrees" trophies?

 

Currently I'm on level 10, able to put only 4 dishes on my menu, so I was planning on leveling up a bit more until I get six, get the trophies and then start buying different dishes to try out.

I played this game on Steam and found them not so hard even when your restaurant is brimming.with prosperity.

 

For the hardest trophy concerning random entrees (Twenty-four Angry Customers) just remember that missing about 15 orders at the beginning lowers your buzz to about 20-30% and you still have 9 chances to mess and you can just restart if food you don't like to prepare appears on your list.
