Finding missing Orbs

Hello, I am doing Jak II's Orb trophy (last one to plat) LEGIT and I had a question: I have dropped this game for a long time due to work and university taking most of my time and me enjoying new releases in the few hours I had; my issue is I know for sure I have gotten all the story / missable orbs, but I found I had already collected some of the side missions as well. Is there a way I can check on the missing things?

 

For example, I have seen that the pad of the screen with the missions (the green mark) disappears from the map once you've completed all its quests, right? Also, how can I see if I already did some of the races and such?

 

It would be really helpful if there was a way, thank you!
