New magazine spawning point.

Don't know if it's just me but I just got my collect 20 magazines trophy because the last 5 I collected all spawned at Sunnytop Ski Lanes. They appeared in the basement next to a raider corpse. Every time the site refreshed a new magazine appeared. Each time it was a different magazine. I don't know if it's supposed to do this but take advantage if you can. 

Sometimes a Power Armor will spawn at the Power Armor Station as well.

I have my camp right next door because it's right next to Sunnytop Train Station and I use it as a looting point every refresh.
