It states clearly that you need to down survivors while in Blood Fury, in any way possible. You have three ways to do it: You simply press when they’re injured to down them. Holding longer then release it and hitting survivors instantly down them in any state. Use your Demon Dash to run to a survivor then press when facing them to instantly down them.
