Quick note on fleeing

Ok, so this may be common knowledge but as it's not standard in any RPG I've played I was quite surprised and I wish I had known it from the beginning.

 

When you flee a battle the enemy doesn't get its life or debuffs reset. As such you can fight higher level mobs easily by just leaving the fight, healing with skill or potions, and then returning to continue with the slaying. This got me out of a bind more than once today and, as xp gain is dictated by level disparity, I figure this is a fast way to level in higher level dungeons.

 

Also surprising - attack basically dictates the power of skills, even defensive ones, and haste speeds up the time it takes to cast an ability rather than the number of actions users can choose.

 

Anyway, great game I recommend for everyone.
