Problems in cinematics

Hello everybody, 

 

Yesterday I started playing this game on a PS4 Pro anda everything in game is okay except in the cinematics. The game freeze every 5-10 seconds for a time of 1-2 seconds. Also, there is a desynchronization with the sounds and voices. I tried deleting all the game and installed it again but the problem stills. It's a physical GOTY edition.

Did you wait for the game to be fully installed before starting it?

 

I played the vanilla version on disc last year, and I needed to wait around 50 minutes for full installation of the game (without any updates).
