If I buy all the weapon upgrades and characters before I prestige, does that mean that when I do prestige all I have to do is unlock the general? Or will I have to get all the weapon upgrades again because they will of been reset?

Yeah they reset but you don't need the general for the trophy and there is a glitch for that trophy where you only have to buy all the characters (except the general) and don't have to buy any weapon upgrades. Once you buy the last character quit the game via xmb then load the game back up and the trophy will pop up on the way to the main menu

Ok thanks, I'm not going to glitch, boosting salvage/exp is really easy just a bit time consuming :/

Understandable, I only did the glitch because I wanted to be done with that horrible multiplayer as soon as possible lol

Got the trophy without even knowing about the glitch, i was surprised at first lol

If your doing the solo xp grind method and hitting the 2 crates for salvage on your way to med cases you will have enough salvage to buy everything anyhow. Took me 14 hrs of solo grinding and only hitting creats on my way to med cases to get both trophies without glitch.
