Bugged secret encounter/reset?

I've just finished the game, but during the Super Gore Nest level, I died in a blaze of glory right as the secret encounter was completed, which was confirmed as completed on my screen as I died. My game went back to the most recent checkpoint and I went to complete the encounter again, but it was gone and my game had not registered the win, evident by the Mission Challenge to win both encounters. Is there a way to reset the encounters? I'm going to have to play the whole game again just to get the Treasure Hunter trophy. I already have every other collectable tied trophy.

Treasure Hunter only applies to the mission Taras Nabad. Super Gore Nest should not impact that trophy at all! Hope this helped ?
